While employed at Charter Construction, James managed the renovation of this 4,800 SF penthouse. The scope of this project included floor plan modifications, new casework, upgrades to the home automation system, metal fabrications, and some overdue maintenance of existing finishes. This project was designed by Christian Grevstad.
