This project included the renovation of a 100 year old cabin located on a steep slope on Mercer Island. The scope of this project included foundation replacement, a completely revised floor plan, new infrastructure, and the installation of structural steel framing to create vaulted ceilings. This project was also managed by James while at Charter Construction. This project was designed by Todd Kilburn.
