While employed at Charter Construction, James managed the renovation of this landmark home in Seattle, WA. This project included the construction of a wine cellar, media room, exercise room, and garage to blend in with this vintage home. The most challenging aspects of this project were the cantilevered staircase and infrastructure updates including: in-floor radiant heat, new electrical and gas service, home automation and security, and an independent wine cellar cooling system. This project was designed by Stuart Silk.
