Belvedere Builders is owned by James Forslund, a resident of West Seattle and a Seattle Area native. He has been building in the Seattle area since 1991 he is known for his passion for quality and attention to detail. With years of self-employment experience and supplementary experience as a project manager with several high-end local builders, he offers extensive expertise in project management, estimating, and construction operations. James is a working project manager (one who is hands-on and gets dirty) and he has managed a variety of projects ranging from $5,000 to $2.3 million.
James has an extensive background in a variety of CAD applications and is a skilled draftsman. This experience helps us communicate effectively with design professionals, owners, and vendors about daily issues occurring on jobsites and allows us to identify and solve problems quickly in such a manner that delays and their associated costs can be minimized.
In his free time, James enjoys designing and building furniture, water skiing, weekend home improvement projects, and spending time with his wife Katie and daughter Abby.
